- 6 Upon the request of the Town of Prescott Valley, a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the proposed adoption of the Town of Prescott Valley Administrative Code; 2024 International Building Code (IBC); 2024 International Residential Code (IRC); 2024 International Mechanical Code (IMC); 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC); 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC); 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC); 2024 International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC); 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code; and the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code.
- 7 Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Those wishing to address the Building Board of Appeals need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
