CONTINUED ITEM (9/22/26) UNFINISHED BUSINESS (6/23/26) Short-Term Crisis and Emergency Resources (STCER) Grants, New Round Discussion/Direction/Action: Utilizing the same framework, rules, and expedited timeframe of the Round 2 Short-Term Crisis and Emergency Resources (STCER) Grant Program approved by the Board of Supervisors this past Spring (background materials attached), take roughly 10% of the currently forecast Available Unrestricted General Fund Ending Fund Balance (forecast at $9.99 million in the May 2026 Financial Forecast transmitted to the BOS on 6-3-26), and implement an additional round of STCER Grant Program funding, with the application period being in August 2026, overseen by our Outside Agency Citizen Review Committee.
