State Legislative Agenda - Aligning State Statute with Federal Law Re: Public Conspiracy and Corruption Discussion/Direction/Action directing the County’s lobbyist to work toward the passage of legislation that would align Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) with Federal Law concerning public conspiracy and corruption (see 18 U.S. Code §241 and 18 U.S. Code §242) to ensure that such public corruption is recognized and can be prosecuted as a State crime in addition to being a Federal crime.
