Hearing - Revised Fee Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 4, of the Board of Supervisors, amending Pima County Ordinance No. 2003-10, authorizing the Superior Court to establish a Court Automation and Technology Fee in the amount of $100.00; authorizing the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Pima County to impose the fee on all civil, family law, and probate filings; and authorizing the Clerk of the Superior Court to collect the fee and transmit all such monies collected to the County Treasurer for deposit in the Local Court Automation and Technology Fee Fund.
