Use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in Economic Development Projects Policy Discussion/Direction/Action: Directing the County Administrator, in collaboration with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, to present to the Board of Supervisors by the September 2, 2025 Meeting of the Board, a policy regarding the use of NDAs in economic development projects. The proposed policy should include, but not be limited to, how the use of NDAs reflects Pima County’s commitment to government transparency and provides sufficient and timely information that enables sound policy making decisions as well as robust public input.
