BOUNTIFUL LANE REZONING Teague and Devra Raica request a rezoning of approximately 3.31 acres from the SR (Suburban Ranch) zone to the SR-2 (Suburban Ranch Estate) zone, located approximately 900 feet east of the T-intersection of W. Bountiful Lane and N. Camino Del Fierro, addressed as 2602 W. Bountiful Lane. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-4 (Commissioners Cook, Gungle, Hanna and Matter voted Nay; Commissioner Lane was absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
