Pima County Housing Trust Fund - Funding Options Discussion/Direction/Action: Per the recommendation of the Pima County Regional Affordable Housing Commission, directing the County Administrator to come back to the Board at the second meeting in September with initial options vetted by staff for a dedicated funding source, or sources, to fund the Pima County Housing Trust Fund, such that the Trust Fund can achieve annual revenues for affordable housing development and preservation of at least $10 million per year starting in FY2026. The direction is to bring back the pros and cons, and legal requirements, of the top two or three most efficient and equitable vetted options. (District 2)
