BONANZA AVENUE REZONING Kevin and Sandra Wohlford, request a rezoning of approximately 6.07 acres from the SR (Suburban Ranch) to the CR-1 (Single Residence) zone, located on the east side of N. Bonanza Avenue approximately 1,500 feet south of E. Snyder Road, addressed as 4510 N. Bonanza Avenue. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Gungle and Cook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
