UNFINISHED BUSINESS (1/23/24, 2/20/24 and 3/5/24) Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with City of South Tucson to Support Provision of Fire and Emergency Medical Services Discussion/Direction/Action: Directing the County to enter into an IGA with the City of South Tucson to support the provision of Fire and Emergency Medical Services to the businesses and residents of South Tucson, through which the County shall provide the City of South Tucson with $400,000.00 this fiscal year for this purpose, from the County’s FY24 Contingency Funds; and declaring an emergency.
