The amendments include, but are not limited to adding a new Chapter 25: Billboard Overlay District; modifying Chapter 45 to remove Billboards as a prohibited sign type, moving definitions for Advertising for Hire Sign, Billboard, and Off-site Sign from Chapter 50 to Chapter 87, and adding a new Chapter 51: Billboards.
