Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Traffic Signal LED Replacement Services for the Transportation Department (Citywide) This contract will provide services to replace LED traffic signal indications throughout the City. LED indications (red, yellow, and green lights and arrows) are routinely replaced as they approach the end of their expected service life to help maintain the reliable operation and visibility of traffic signals. Timely replacement of aging indications helps reduce the potential for unexpected failures, supports consistent signal performance, and ensures traffic signals remain clearly visible to motorists, pedestrians, and other roadway users. The Transportation Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, B & F Contracting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $239,417 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
