A resolution adopting the Mesa Historic Preservation Design Guidelines that amend and replace the “Historic Homes of Mesa: An Architectural and Preservation Guide”. The amendments include, but are not limited to, Certificates of Appropriateness, Historic Districts and Landmarks, Historic Building Types and Architectural Styles, Guidelines for Preservation, Restoration, and Rehabilitation, and Guidelines for Additions and New Construction.
