Amending Mesa City Code Section 1-19-3 to authorize the City Attorney, through the City’s national insurance broker and with the City Manager’s approval, to purchase insurance coverages for the City with funds from the Property and Public Liability (PPL) Trust Fund, consistent with such authority previously provided to the City Attorney via Resolution Nos. 11602 and 11888.
