The Business Services and Energy Resources Departments and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders, Measurement Control Systems, Inc.; Meter Valve & Control, Inc.; NGS Cayman Holdings, L.P. dba Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC; and Western Gas Technologies, Inc., in a combined total amount not to exceed $1,275,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
