Amending Sections 10-4-2 and 10-4-3 of the Mesa City Code to establish a continuous speed limit of 45 mph on Ellsworth Road from the north City limits to the south City limits by modifying the Ellsworth Road speed limit between Elliot Road and the south City limits from 50 mph to 45 mph, as recommended by the Transportation Advisory Board.
