Amending Sections 10-4-5 and 10-4-6 of the Mesa City Code to modify the existing speed limit from 40 mph to 35 mph on Mesa Drive from Bates Street to Lehi Road, and modify the speed limit from 35 mph to 30 mph on Mesa Drive between Bates Street to the north City limits, as recommended by the Transportation Advisory Board.
