(District 1) The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the proposed development with a density of 1.27 dwelling units per acre, at the request of the applicant, resulting in a 47-lot single residence development. Ordinance No. 6019 reflects the P&Z Board’s recommendation. (Vote: 6-0)
