Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Fencing and Gate Installation, Repair, Rental and Supplies for the Parks, Recreation, and Community Facilities and Facilities Management Departments. A committee representing the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest scored proposals from BLCG Corp dba All Pro Fence (a Mesa business) and Biddle and Brown Fence Co., LLC dba Perimeter Solutions Group, LLC at a combined total amount not to exceed $400,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
