An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 6 (Mesa Mechanical Code) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2024 International Mechanical Code and Amendments to the 2024 International Mechanical Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: repealing in its entirety Section 4-6-1 and replacing it with a new Section 4-6-1 (Adopted by Reference); replacing Section 4-6-2 with a new Section 4-6-2 (Amendments to the 2024 International Mechanical Code); and renumbering the Penalty Clause as Section 4-6-3.
