An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 4 (Mesa Lighting and Electrical Code) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2023 National Electrical Code and Amendments to the 2023 National Electrical Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: repealing in its entirety Section 4-4-2 and replacing it with a new Section 4-4-2 (Adopted by Reference); replacing Section 4-4-3 with a new Section 4-4-3 (Amendments to the 2023 National Electrical Code); and renumbering the Penalty Clause as Section 4-4-4.
