An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 2 (Mesa Building Code) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2024 International Building Code and its appendices C, E, I, and J and Amendments to the 2024 International Building Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: repealing in its entirety Section 4-2-1 and replacing it with a new Section 4-2-1 (Adopted by Reference); replacing Section 4-2-2 with a new Section 4-2-2 (Amendments to the 2024 International Building Code); and renumbering the Penalty Clause as Section 4-2-3.
