An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 1 (Mesa Administrative Code). The amendments include but are not limited to: amending Section 4-1-2, subparagraph A, to update the effective date; and amending Sections 4-1-1, 4-1-2, and 4-1-5 to correct references to certain technical codes.
