Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Barriers for the Mesa Police Department (Citywide) The Police Department’s primary responsibility during special event planning is to ensure public safety with particular emphasis on traffic management and the prevention and response to disturbances or acts of violence such as vehicle-based attacks.
