The text amendments include but are not limited to repealing Mesa City Code Title 9, Chapter 6 (Subdivision Regulations) in its entirety and replacing it with a new Mesa City Code Title 9, Chapter 6 titled “Land Division Regulations”; repealing Mesa City Code Title 11, Zoning Ordinance, Section 11-30-6 (Lots and Subdivisions) in its entirety and replacing it with a new Section 11-30-6 titled “Lots and Land Divisions”; amending Mesa City Code Title 11, Zoning Ordinance, Section 11-66-2(C); and amending Mesa City Code Title 11, Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 87 (Definitions).
