Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. The Intergovernmental Agreement will provide reimbursement for three years of aircraft rescue and firefighting services provided by the Mesa Fire and Medical Department beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.
