Amending Title 5, Chapter 13, Section 2 of the Mesa City Code to provide that the Solid Waste Residential Development Fee is as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Charges; this changes the code to be similar to other code sections that provide that fees will be as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Charges; this does not change the current fees that are in the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
