Amending Sections 10-4-4 and 10-4-5 of the Mesa City Code to modify the limits of the existing posted speed limit of 40 mph on Val Vista Drive between Pomegranate Street and Quenton Drive and establish a speed limit of 35 mph on Val Vista Drive between Quenton Drive and the north City limits, as recommended by the Transportation Advisory Board.
