Dollar Limit Increase to Cooperative Term Contract for Communications Cabling Systems for Various City Departments as requested by the Department of Innovation & Technology (Citywide) This contract provides communications cabling systems for City IT projects and provides services for installing hardware and cabling for data, video, and related equipment throughout the Department of Innovation & Technology - Communications. The Police Department also utilizes this contract for their PD-wide indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi hardware replacement and relocation services and for the Mesa Convention Center CCTV (addition of cameras and C-Cure in all buildings). The dollar limit increase is needed due to increased contract usage relating to various moves, remodels, and projects. The Department of Innovation & Technology and Procurement Services recommend increasing the dollar limit using the State of Arizona cooperative contracts with Corporate Technology Solutions, LLC (CTS), Norstan Communications, Inc. dba Black Box Network Services, Kearney Electric, Inc., BPG Technologies, LLC, Tel Tech Networks, Inc., Fishel Co., Graybar Electrical, Inc., Anixter, Inc., IES Communications, LLC, and Level 7 Technologies-Aspen Technologies by $800,000, from $1,000,000 to $1,800,000 annually.
