3-Month Extension and Dollar Limit Increase to the Term Contract for the Photo Safety Enforcement Program for the Police Department (Sole Source) (Citywide) Since 2006, American Traffic Solutions, Inc./Vera Mobility has provided services and support for the City’s photo safety program. Approval will extend the existing contract through January 27, 2025, to allow additional time to complete a new agreement for the Photo Safety Enforcement Program. Negotiations have taken longer than anticipated. The Police Department and Procurement Services recommend increasing the dollar limit with American Traffic Solutions, Inc. dba Verra Mobility (a Mesa business) by $350,000, from $1,870,000 to $2,220,000 for the remaining term of the contract.
