The Energy Resources Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the single responsive and responsible bidder, NGS Cayman Holdings, L.P. dba Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC at $2,000,000 for Years 1 and 2 with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index. This contract is funded by Energy Resources Department Capital Budget through Gas Utility Obligations.
