Poindexter & Co., Inc. dba Reading Truck Equipment, LLC; Parts Authority Arizona, LLC; Parts West Heavy Duty, LLC dba Light House of Arizona; and Polygon Investment Group, Inc. dba Spectrac Suspension Center at $255,000 annually with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
