Fleet Services performs repairs on-site and requires a variety of these parts to keep City vehicles and equipment in good working condition. The Fleet Services Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders: FleetPride, Inc. (a Mesa business); J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. dba Reading Truck Equipment, LLC; Parts Authority Arizona, LLC; Parts West Heavy Duty, LLC dba Light House of Arizona; and Polygon Investment Group, Inc. dba Spectrac Suspension Center at $255,000 annually with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
