Use of a Cooperative Two-Year Term Contract with Renewal Options for Audio Visual Products and Services for Various Departments as requested by the Department of Innovation and Technology (Citywide) This contract provides for City departments to install and upgrade/update conference rooms to meet their current and future technological needs as well as to maintain current public-facing spaces such as The Post and The Studios. The Department of Innovation and Technology and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the use of City of Tucson cooperative contract with Artisan Systems at $1,500,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
