Central Mesa Reuse Pipeline Inspection - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) No. 5 of 6 (District 1) This GMP No. 5 includes the testing and inspection of an existing reclaimed water pipeline in Val Vista Drive from Quenton Drive to Thomas Road. It also includes the construction of new air release valves and access manways along the same pipe segment to allow for future maintenance and pipe inspection. Staff recommends awarding a contract to Garney Companies in the amount of $2,500,050.50 (GMP No. 5), and authorizing a change order allowance amount of $125,002.50 (5%), for a total authorized amount of $2,625.053. This project is funded by the Water Utility Systems Revenue Obligations.
