Cooperative Contract Use for an Amendment to the Term Contract with Renewal Options for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) New Equipment, Service, Maintenance, and Support for the Water Resources Department (Citywide) This contract provides UPS preventative system maintenance, repairs, related services, and purchase of equipment and parts for various City Facilities. Maintenance and repairs are critical for the UPS units and the sites where the power supply units are housed may sustain much more costly repairs and replacements if not performed. The Water Resources Department and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the additional vendor, Gruber Technical, using the State of Arizona cooperative. No funding change is requested.
