Cooperative Contract Use for the Term Contracts for Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies for the Water Resources Department (Citywide) This contract will provide various electrical, mechanical, plumbing, wastewater reclamation systems, cooling tower supplies, and equipment and tools for use in operating the City's water and wastewater facilities. The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using cooperative contracts: Maricopa County with Applied Industrial Technologies; Omnia Partners/University of California with Fastenal; Region 4 ESC - TX with Wesco Distribution; and Sourcewell with Motion Industries; at $360,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
