The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve Subdivision Case # SUB25-16, Moonlight Phase I Parcel K2. Approval will allow the dedication Right-of-Way (ROW), a Public Utility Easement (PUE), alignment with the City of Maricopa’s Capital Improvement Project (CIP), as well as resize Monument Tract 1, and create new tract K-A.
