The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve Re-plat Case SUB25-15, Moonlight Phase I Parcel K1. Approval will allow for the dedication of Right-of-Way (ROW), the creation of a Public Utility Easement (PUE), alignment with the City of Maricopa’s Capital Improvement Project (CIP), and to resize Monument Tract 2.
