Bowlin Rd. and N. Hartman Rd. within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, on Pinal County APN # 502-03-0260, from Local Business (CB-1) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) as described in Zoning Case #ZON24-02. The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 32, Township 4 South, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.
