The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on the proposed Memorandum of Understanding to establish a formal partnership between the Maricopa Police Department (MPD) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to support the use of eTrace, ATF’s secure, web based system for firearm trace submissions and analysis at no financial impact to the city.
