The City Council shall discuss and take action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Pinal County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, by and through the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (“PCSO”) and City of Maricopa, a municipal corporation, by and through the Maricopa Police Department (“Local Agency”) for administering the 9-1-1 System Services billing and payment process.
