The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve the Second Amendment to the Intergovernmental/Development Agreement (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and Pinal County Community College District, dba Central Arizona College (CAC), for reimbursement for Right-of-Way improvements constructed by the City of Maricopa as outlined in the agreement, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any necessary documents related thereto.
