The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and Pinal County to provide animal care, sheltering, and related services for animals originating within the City’s incorporated limits. This partnership leverages Pinal County Animal Care and Control’s (PCACC) established shelter system and enforcement expertise to ensure safe, humane, and consistent animal care services for the community.
