The Mayor and Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with Pinal County, through Pinal County Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Facility, and the City of Maricopa for the detention of adult inmates arrested, held, booked and/or convicted under the authority of the City of Maricopa.
