The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), for the construction of Murphy Road and Hartman Road from the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) boundary to Honeycutt Road.
