The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Mesa ("Mesa"), an Arizona municipal corporation, to conduct joint fire service training and allow firefighter recruits to attend and participate in fire service training hosted by Mesa to be paid from the Fire Department, Education and Training (10022525-55570).
