The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve a Settlement Agreement related to the litigation filed by Estrella Gin Business Park, LLC and authorize the City Manager to execute a Settlement Agreement in a form substantially similar to the attached draft as approved by the City Attorney.
