The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on an Intersection Participation Agreement between Desert Cedars Equities, LLC and the City of Maricopa related to the construction of improvements at the intersection of N. Maricopa Road and W. Honeycutt Avenue and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in a form substantially similar to the attached draft as approved by the City Attorney.
