The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve the Lease Agreement with Option to Purchase with Open Arms Vocational Living Center, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation, related to the lease of approximately 0.16 acres of the real property generally located at the Northeast corner of W Mercado St. and N Main St., Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, Assessor Parcel No. 510-26-0460, and, if the option to purchase is exercised, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Purchase Agreement consistent with the terms of the Lease and any closing documents related thereto.
