Steen Road, Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, Assessors Parcel No. 502-43-002C, for $12,405,452.40 and authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement, any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
