EXECUTIVE SESSION A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A): 1) Discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, salaries, disciplining or resignation of a public officer, appointee or employee of any public body (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(7)). 1.1) City Manager Annual Evaluation 1.2) City Attorney Annual Evaluation 1.3) City Magistrate Annual Evaluation Any records or documents distributed to the City Council or any conversations occurring during executive session shall be kept confidential. Legal action involving a final vote or decision shall not be taken at an executive session.
